The
two wheeled ProTour brigade return to Zwartkops
after an extremely eventful meeting at the last
round at Phakisa which saw a number of the riders
crashing out.
Series leader Gavin Lightfoot on the Execuline
Kawasaki has to be the clear favourite. Capetonian
Danie Maritz on the RST machine will be looking to
get his campaign back on track Also looking to
podium places will be Pieter De Vos, Sergio Da
Silva, Joe Shearer and Jayson Lamb with Chris Van
Vuuren and “Roydenator” Bennet sure to have a say in
this battle.
The top ten battle should include Hannes De Vos,
Simon Bezuidenhout, “Rick the Racer” Carmody, Wayne
Spicer,“Dog Doctor” Stew Christie who managed to
crash his Mailwise International machine in both
Heats at Phakisa and Darren Gough who now makes the
pilgrimage from Australia to race here. |

Class B front runners in this class should be
Gilbert Parsons and Franceua Nell, Sarel Marais,
Pierre LeRoux, Andy Parsons and Trevor Elske.
Adding some flavour to the day’s proceedings will be
the guest riders. These are Greg Moloney and Matt
Smith who are normally behind the microphones doing
the commentary. Look out for Greg in the resplendent
RED SQUARE leathers and helmet. These will be
auctioned off at the end of the day and all proceeds
will go to the REACH FOR A DREAM project with a
number of the kids being guests of honour for the
